The University community is invited to a celebration honoring Dean of Students and Associate Vice President of Student Life Corey Farris who is set to retire after serving WVU for more than three decades. The drop-in celebration will be held from 2-4 p.m. on Wednesday (June 25) in E. Moore Hall.

The Student Life Hall of Fame was established in 1997 to recognize former employees who have made an extraordinary contribution to Student Life, while the Outstanding Achievement Award recognizes an alum who has positively influenced students through their contributions to the University. Nominations are due by July 18.

Blue and Gold Mine Sale  

The 20th annual Blue and Gold Mine Sale diverted nearly 25 tons of goods from landfills while raising more than $25,000 for the United Way of Monongalia and Preston Counties — the highest single-year total in its 20-year history.
