The event, designed for children ages five to 120, begins at 10:30 a.m. Saturday (Dec. 9) in Clark Hall, Room 101. Guests are also invited to participate in hands-on science activities following the show from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Students majoring in game design and interactive media, a shared program between the Reed College of Media and College of Creative Arts, will showcase their interactive media projects and games from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday (Dec. 5) in the Media Innovation Center at Evansdale Crossing.

Cybersecurity Training Facility  

With the ongoing threat of cyberattacks becoming more sophisticated, the University is launching plans for a cybersecurity range — a specialized software and hardware facility for education, training and research — with $750,000 in grant funding support from the U.S. Department of Education.
