All employees who currently have access to Salesforce Learner Org will automatically receive access to Slate on July 8, and are encouraged to participate in training sessions throughout July.
Slate is a modern customer relationship management platform designed to transform how we recruit, communicate with, and support prospective students and families.

A high-level introduction to Slate, including accessing knowledge base articles, joining community forums, reviewing the July training schedule, and understanding the implementation timeline.

Navigating Slate 101
Learn the fundamentals of Slate, including student records, application details, academic deposit information, housing information, communication history, event history, logging communications, and creating tasks.
