All administrative offices will be closed Monday, Jan. 17, and most campus services will be closed or have adjusted hours. Offices will resume regular hours Tuesday, Jan. 18. In case of a campus emergency, call the WVU Police Department at 304-293-3136.
PRT
The PRT will operate from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday (Jan. 15) and will be closed Sunday and Monday (Jan. 16 and 17). The PRT will resume normal operations Tuesday, Jan. 18, from 6:30 a.m. to 10:15 p.m.

Mountainlair
The Mountainlair will operate on regular business hours Friday through Sunday and from 8:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday. The Games Area will open from 4-9 p.m. Monday. WVUp All Night will offer free in-person activities Friday and Saturday from 10 p.m. – 2 a.m.
WVU Dining
WVU Dining venues will be closed or offer limited hours Monday. Find specific location information.
The Rack
The student food pantry will be closed Monday.
WVU Bookstores
The WVU Bookstores (Downtown and Evansdale) will be closed Monday.
Libraries
The WVU Libraries will be closed Monday.
Carruth Center for Counseling and Psychological Services
The Carruth Center will be closed on Monday. Students can call 304-293-4431 x 1 to speak with a counselor when the Center is closed.
