WVU benefits-eligible faculty and staff are reminded to make changes to their WVU benefit plans during Open Enrollment before May 15.
Open Enrollment is your only opportunity to make changes to many of your elected insurance benefits for the 2027 plan year without a qualifying life event.
All changes for Plan Year 2027 will be effective July 1, 2026. If you do not make any changes, your current benefits will be carried over to the new plan year (except for PEIA PPB Plan D).
Visit the WVU Benefits website to review current coverage, evaluate benefit needs, learn what’s new for Plan Year 2027 and make changes or additions to elected benefits.
