STAR and related systems will be down until Sunday evening for important updates

Banner (STAR) and all related applications will be unavailable from 11:59 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 21 until 5 p.m. Sunday (Nov. 22) for important updates that require more time than the normal ITS maintenance window allows. 

This extended outage will affect the Banner self-service app, Banner administrative forms (STAR INB), Banner Document Management, Banner Operational Data Store and Degree Works.

If you can’t log in once this work is completed, try clearing your browser history, closing your browser and relaunching it. Rebooting your device will also clear a previously cached page. If you still have problems after taking these steps, please call 304-293-4444.
