Dining Services invites students to dine during Holiday in the Halls from 4:30-8 p.m. Wednesday (Dec. 11). Each of the four dining halls will feature bountiful dinners.
At Café Evansdale, a special Cajun-themed menu will treat diners to items such as a crawfish boil, blackened catfish, gumbo and jambalaya. More traditional holiday menus will be served at Hatfields (featuring carved strip loin and brown sugar pit ham), Summit Café (with main dishes of rosemary rotisserie chicken and brown sugar pit ham), and Boreman Bistro (serving up items such as glazed smoked ham and herb-roasted turkey).
See full menus at each location.
As the dining halls prepare for these special events, the dining halls will be closed between 2-4:30 p.m. During that time, diners on Evansdale campus can grab something to eat at locations such as Park Place or Brew ‘n Gold. Those downtown can find open dining options at the Mountainlair food court.
