Agriculture students on the campus of West Virginia University Potomac State College have been involved in a number of hands-on educational experiences this spring, with the most recent being a maple syrup production project on the Gustafson Farm.

Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day – or “Girl Day” – was part of National Engineers Week. The event connected young girls with female STEM professionals for a day of experiments and career exploration. BridgeValley Technical and Community College’s version, West Virginia Girl Day, made its debut at WVU Tech in Beckley on March 8.

All WVU faculty, staff and students are invited to attend this series of events, poster presentations and fun activities scheduled for March 19 - 23 at the Health Sciences Center.
