During the week of July 23, WVU’s Office of Sustainability will coordinate a large campus-wide effort to collect hardback and paperback books, journals, periodicals, encyclopedias, pamphlets, etc.
The Herbert Henderson Office of Minority Affairs will conduct a Listening Tour on Thursday (July 19) at 6 p.m. at the WVU Mountainlair, Rhododendron Room. This event is free and open to the public.
Student Life and Mountainlair Programming have teamed up with the American Red Cross to host another community blood drive this summer. The drive is set for noon to 5 p.m. July 26 in the Vandalia Lounge of the Mountainlair.
Environmental Health and Safety will offer training sessions on U.S. Department of Transportation and International Air Transport Association, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Aug. 1-2 in the Greenbriar Room at the WVU Mountainlair.
The University community is invited to a campus-wide open forum to hear a presentation and ask questions of a candidate coming to campus to interview for the Director of Admission Operations. (A previously scheduled July 16 forum was canceled.)
