Cybersecurity Lab  

Reynolds Hall has a new training ground for next-gen cybersecurity warriors — the Dr. Randy and Karen S. Evans Cybersecurity Lab. Overseen by Chris Ramezan, the lab is preparing Chambers students for the ever-changing landscape of software, systems and network threats.

Black Holes  

Sean McWilliams, associate professor and director of the Center for Gravitational Waves and Cosmology, will present "The Secret Lives of Black Holes: How We 'See' What Can't Be Seen and How They Shape Our Universe" at 6:30 p.m. Friday (Oct. 11) in White Hall, Room G09.

WVU took advantage of an ailing Oklahoma State defense to register a 38-14 victory over the Cowboys Saturday (Oct. 5) at sold-out Boone Pickens Stadium in Stillwater, Oklahoma.

Men's Soccer  

The No. 7 men’s soccer team jumped to the top of the Sun Belt standings with a 2-1 victory over UCF Saturday (Oct. 5) at Dick Dlesk Soccer Stadium.

Rifle Shooter  

The No. 2-ranked rifle team continued its season opening road trip with a one-point, 4728-4727, win over No. 5 Georgia Southern Sunday (Oct. 6) at the Shooting Sports Education Center in Statesboro, Georgia.
