Amandine Pierre-Louis  

Senior Amandine Pierre-Louis of the No. 7-ranked the women's soccer team has been named the 2017 Big 12 Conference co-Defensive Player of the Year. Additionally, a conference-best eight Mountaineers received All-Big 12 accolades.

Nate Carr  

Senior Nate Carr set a WVU Natatorium record in the 400 individual medley to highlight victories for the swimming and diving teams against Seton Hall and Xavier on Saturday morning (Oct. 28). The West Virginia men and women both beat Seton Hal and Xavier at the two-day meet.

Milan Puskar Stadium  

Director of Intercollegiate Athletics Shane Lyons, in conjunction with the Big 12 Conference, has announced the 2018 football schedule. Six home dates, two Power 5 non-conference road games in the state of North Carolina and four Big 12 Conference road dates comprise the upcoming schedule.

Men's soccer players  

The No. 25 men's soccer team concludes the home portion of the regular season with a top-25 matchup on Senior Night against No. 9 Akron today (Oct. 27) at 7 p.m. ET, at Dick Dlesk Soccer Stadium. The Mid-American Conference contest is a Dollar Night, where tickets and select concession items are just $1.

Bob Huggins  

The team will play Albany in a charity exhibition game on Saturday, Oct. 28 at 7:30 p.m. in the WVU Coliseum instead of its normal Gold-Blue Debut scrimmage. All proceeds from the game will be donated to the American Red Cross' hurricane relief efforts.
