The LaunchLab will join the Encova Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation and Vantage Ventures as campus and statewide resources fueled by the John Chambers College of Business and Economics.
The application period for three WVU internal faculty awards and one faculty fellowship has been extended to March 5 to ensure a large pool of applicants for each award. These include the Caperton Award for Excellence in the Teaching of Writing, the James and Karen Caveney Alumni Association Faculty Excellence Awards, the Digital Learning Awards and the Big 12 Faculty Fellowship Program.
Skype for Business will no longer be available to WVU employees as of March 3, and ITS is recommending the use of Microsoft Teams as a powerful replacement for collaboration and communication. This change affects all WVU campuses. If you try to log into Skype on or after March 3, you will see a message pointing you to Teams.
