Quilt Show  

The Arts & Craft Fair will showcase the work of 70 Appalachian artisans selected by jury on the second floor of the Mountainlair and the Quilt Show will pay homage to the region’s rich quilt and needlework heritage in Elizabeth Moore Hall tomorrow (Nov. 15) through Sunday (Nov. 17).

WV Folk Music Traditions  

Scholars will shine a light on performers of the past who have maintained rich folk music traditions and musicians will bring folk songs to life beginning at 6 p.m. tomorrow (Nov. 14) in the Mountainlair Gluck Theatre.

Maud Dahme  

The educator and author will share her riveting story of surviving the Holocaust and being a hidden child at 7 p.m. Tuesday (Nov. 19) in the Mountainlair Ballrooms. Sponsored by the WVU Campus Read, the event is free and open to the public.

MLK Unity Breakfast 2024  

Join the Center for Black Culture in honoring the life of Martin Luther King Jr. at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 18, in the Mountainlair Ballrooms. Tiffany Dena Loftin, activist and community organizer, is the keynote speaker.
