The Fall 2025 Mentoring Workshop is a two-part, in-person program designed for faculty and staff who serve as mentors or administer mentoring programs in their units.
The interactive sessions are informed by mentoring research and portions are adapted from the National Science Foundation-funded Marine Science Laboratory Alliance Center of Excellence Mentor Development model.
Session will be held on the following dates:
Part I: Understanding Mentoring and Mentor Development, Oct. 7 or Oct. 21.
Part II: Effective Mentoring Models, Oct. 14 or Oct. 28.
Sessions will be held in Field Hall, Room 2202.
