The Talent and Culture Learning and Organizational Development team has several opportunities this fall to connect with colleagues, build new skills, and continue your professional development.
5th Fridays
5th Fridays returns from 10-11:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 30, with “Start with Why.” Grounded in Simon Sinek’s Golden Circle framework, the session will guide participants in connecting their personal purpose to the University’s mission and offer strategies for when that connection feels lost. Participants will leave with a single sentence capturing their “why” and practical ways to reconnect with it when work feels heavy.
Offered during months with a fifth Friday, these sessions create intentional space for employees to step away from day-to-day work, connect with colleagues, and engage in meaningful learning.
Register to attend 5th Fridays.
Leading Forward
Leading Forward also returns with a virtual session from 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday, Nov. 11. Designed for new, current, and aspiring leaders, this interactive session explores values-based leadership behaviors.
