More than a dozen West Virginia University students have been placed on probation as part of ongoing investigations related to violations of the Student Code of Conduct. The Office of Student Conduct has placed 17 students on probation for COVID-19-related violations as of Aug. 26.

In addition to the wellness survey, WVU is encouraging the voluntary use of NOVID, a symptom-monitoring mobile app that will allow users to proactively make decisions based on their risk of infection.
Beginning today (Aug. 26), all textile recycling bins on campus are open and available for use to WVU employees, students and community members.
Any accident, injury or near miss must be reported within 24 hours.
As first-year and returning students enter a new version of our WVU campus, Adventure WV will offer a variety of free on- and off-campus activities to help maintain our strength as a community. Activities will start Sept. 1 and end Nov. 18.
