All recent graduates from the Morgantown Bachelor of Science in Nursing program, BS/BA to BSN program and Keyser BSN program passed the Mountain Measurements of the new NextGen National Council Licensure Examination, the nationwide examination for the licensing of registered nurses.

Daniel Elswick  

Dr. Daniel E. Elswick, vice chair of education for the WVU School of Medicine Department of Behavioral Medicine and Psychiatry, has been named the Dana L. and Peggy M. Farnsworth Chair in Educational Psychiatry.

Abby Warnick  

Warnick's journey through the WVU School of Nursing took an unexpected turn when she was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma last spring. Read about her journey and meet other December graduates.

Aspiring Nurse Program  

Approximately 40 nursing students from the WVU School of Nursing, Laurel Institute, West Virginia Junior College and Fairmont State University were accepted into the program to ensure high quality, hands-on clinical immersion experiences.

Endoscopy Conference  

The WVU Interventional Surgical Endoscopy Conference, hosted by the Department of Medicine Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, will be held April 26-27 at the Morgantown Marriott at Waterfront Place.
