Staff Council meets this week

This month's Staff Council meeting is set for 8:15 a.m. Wednesday (Oct. 19) in the Mountainlair's Bluestone Room and on Zoom.

Trick-or-Trot with your pup this Halloween

The WVU community is invited to join the dog-friendly Campus Recreation Trick-or-Trot 5K Race from 8-10 a.m. Sunday (Oct. 23) at the Student Recreation Center.

Register to attend Mental Health First Aid Training

The WVU Faculty and Staff Assistance Program will hold a Mental Health First Aid training virtually for WVU employees from 9 a.m. to noon Oct. 18 and Oct. 20. Participants must attend both sessions.

Stop by the farmers market today

Shop the farmers market, sponsored by the Division of Student Life, in front of the Mountainlair from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. today (Oct. 13). Local farmers and vendors will offer a variety of produce and other food items for purchase.

Volunteers needed for meal-packing event

Faculty and staff are invited to help fight hunger by volunteering for a meal-packing party hosted in collaboration with The Ohio State University from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday (Oct. 18) at the WVU Shell Building.
