Dustin Dilley  

Serving in the Army National Guard has inspired one WVU student to pursue a career combating stigmas surrounding mental health. Green Bank native Dustin Dilley, a first-year Master of Social Work student, first learned about the social work profession while completing the National Guard’s basic leader course in South Carolina.

Potomac State Value Coins  

Potomac State College recently recognized seven employees for going above and beyond to make PSC a better place by exemplifying WVU’s Core Values of Service, Curiosity, Respect, Accountability, and Appreciation, through their daily work. Each was presented with a 2019 WVU Values Coin and Certificate.

The Valerie Canady Charitable Foundation has a long history of giving at West Virginia University. During a Canady Chamber Series concert on March 24, WVU’s College of Creative Arts will announce the next chapter in the Canady Legacy.

Join us at the WVU Planetarium (located on the downtown campus at the top of White Hall) for our March 13 shows “Supervolcanoes” at 7 p.m. and “Solar Superstorms” at 8 p.m. Weather permitting, there will be telescope viewing with the telescope on the roof.
