WVU Rifle Team  

Four student-athletes from the WVU rifle team travel to Hillsdale, Michigan, from May 11-15, for the 2022 National Rifle Junior Olympic Championships, hosted by USA Shooting.

Lynsie Curtis  

After a pole vault personal best score, sophomore Lynsie Curtis of the WVU track and field team has been named the WVU Student-Athlete of the Week, presented by University Apartments.

Mike Lockhart  

WVU football coach Neal Brown has announced that Mike Lockhart, a 6-foot-4, 302-pound, redshirt junior defensive lineman from Birmingham, Alabama, has signed a grant-in-aid and will transfer to WVU from Georgia Tech. He will have three years of eligibility remaining.

Jasir Cox  

West Virginia University football coach Neal Brown has announced that Jasir Cox, a 6-foot-1, 209-pound, fifth-year senior from Kansas City, Missouri, has signed a grant-in-aid and will transfer to WVU from North Dakota State. He will play on the defensive side of the ball.
