Scheduled for 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 12, the 2023 Benedum Scholars Showcase will be an in-person event at the Canady Creative Arts Center Gladys G. Davis Theatre.

Upward Bound, a federally funded TRIO program at West Virginia University, is working to individualize the student experience and to support the University’s service mission by helping those at the high school level prepare for college. For the first time, the program is embedded at Preston High School in Kingwood this academic year.
