WVU football coach Neal Brown has announced that Charles Woods, a 6-1, 175-pound, redshirt junior defensive back from Dallas, Texas, has signed a grant-in-aid and will transfer to WVU from Illinois State. Woods will have two years of eligibility remaining to play during a three-year period.
