In partnership with the Monongalia County Health Department, West Virginia University is hosting a series of pop-up COVID-19 vaccination clinics this weekend for students, faculty and staff on the Morgantown campus as well as members of the community Aug. 13 and 14.

Visitors, including students, 4-H’ers, alumni and others are invited to find their path to WVU during the State Fair of West Virginia Aug. 12-21 in Fairlea. WVU Extension Service and WVU will bring the gold and blue to the fairgrounds, including livestock exhibits, outstanding 4-H projects and educational activities.

We should consider the Delta variant a different kind of virus than the COVID-19 viruses we have seen to date. Why? The Delta variant of COVID-19 is much more infectious than any COVID-19 strain we have seen to date.
