David College agricultural research  

Women in Natural Resources will host its third annual symposium Thursday (April 14) with poster displays, vendor displays, presentations, discussions and refreshments. The symposium will take place at the Davis College of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Design's Percival Hall on the Evansdale Campus.

As part of WVU Research Week, we will host two in-person events where presentations will focus on topic specific research followed by networking time. If you would like to join either of these groups as a collaborator, complete the registration for your group of choice.

Water research  

West Virginia University’s 4th annual Research Week will highlight and celebrate the faculty, staff and students who shape the University as a top-tier, R1 research institution. Sponsored by the Research Office, Research Week will include an undergraduate research symposium, the Three-Minute Thesis competition and networking events on aging research and substance use and recovery research, and more. The University community is invited to these events, which run through April 14, to celebrate those who pursue groundbreaking research in all disciplines.

Program to Stimulate Competitive Research is an annual Research Office program that provides funding for research that will leverage external funding opportunities. As a condition of the award, each PI is required to submit a proposal to an external agency and that specific proposal must be externally reviewed prior to submission.
