M Anurag Srivastava, professor and chairperson of the Lane Department of Computer Sciences and Electrical Engineering in the Benjamin M. Statler College of Engineering and Mineral Resources, has been named a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical Engineers.

Four West Virginia public relations practitioners were inducted into the WV Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America Hall of Fame during a ceremony at the Media Innovation Center in November. Students in Elizabeth Oppe’s advertising and public relations capstone course worked with WV PRSA chapter member Joe Long to plan and execute this event.
Seniors Lana Aboushaar and Jordan Stosic were among 10 scholarship recipients from across the country to attend the Plank Center for Leadership in Public Relations 2021 Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Summit in Chicago, which provides a space for practitioners, educators and students to further their professional development, network and enhance their knowledge of DEI issues and best practices.

This interactive calendar features performances from doctoral-level to first-year students majoring in vocal performance, music education, music therapy, musical theater and theater.
