Mountaineer football is planning a fun, educational morning for local youth Saturday (Feb. 26) from 10 a.m. to noon inside the Caperton Indoor Practice Facility. WVU players will be on hand to read and take part in educational games and contests that will be tied to historical events.

The Office of the Provost will continue its monthly Campus Conversations focused on academic transformation topics and initiatives to engage the wider University community in dialogue about these efforts. The second session “Academic Transformation: Student Success and Academic Advising” is scheduled for tomorrow (Feb. 24) at 11 a.m.

Dancing With Our Mountaineer Stars  

Join RefreshWVU as it brings back Dancing with Our Mountaineer Stars with 11 couples composed of faculty, staff and students who will compete to become the 2022 champions Friday (Feb. 25) at 7 p.m. in the Mountainlair Ballrooms.

Jason Kapcala  

Faculty, staff and students are invited to celebrate the book launch for one of WVU’s very own, Jason Kapcala, the assistant director of the Office of Accessibility Services. Kapcala will debut “Hungry Town” Feb. 28 at 7 p.m. in the Robinson Reading Room of the Morgantown Library and on Zoom.
