Monongahela River Trash Sweep  

Celebrate West Virginia Day this year by cleaning up the Monongahela River with the West Virginia Water Research Institute and Ascend WV from 9 a.m. to noon or noon to 3 p.m. June 20.

Blippi  

The new production will feature musicians playing live onstage, and vivacious, energetic and educational antics beginning at 6 p.m. Sept. 30 at the Canady Creative Arts Center. Blippi inspires curiosity in preschoolers around the world by creating content and experiences that are relatable, accessible and make learning fun.

Women Making History Exhibit  

The West Virginia and Regional History Center extends an open invitation to help commemorate the closing of “Women Making History: Showcasing the West Virginia Feminist Activist Collection” from 2-4 p.m. tomorrow (May 17).

Monongalia County Health Department  

Two town hall meetings have been planned to allow community members to provide feedback, ask questions and learn more about the Monongalia County Health Department. The meetings will be held from 6-7 p.m. today (May 15) at the Morgantown High School Library and Thursday (May 16) in the Clay-Battelle High School Auditorium.

Hazing Prevention  

The WVU Hazing Prevention Task Force invites faculty, staff, students, families and community members to learn how to identify, prevent and report acts of hazing at WVU. In-person and virtual training sessions are available.

Jessie Barclay  

Faculty and staff are invited to dig deeper into all 34 CliftonStrengths® to help build better partnerships with teammates and understand different communications and conflict-resolution perspectives from 3-4:30 p.m. Thursday, May 23, on Zoom.
