All WVU-owned or -managed computers that are still using Windows 10 and cannot upgrade to Windows 11 must be replaced by Sept. 30. Machines that have not been upgraded or replaced by that date will be removed from the WVU network to eliminate security risks, except in extremely rare circumstances that will be scrutinized.
