First Ascent, a new program designed to cultivate and retain local talent within West Virginia, is now accepting applications from recent West Virginia University and Marshall University graduates, helping the Mountain State’s best and brightest young professionals stay close to home.
The University tested the WVU Alert system for the Morgantown campus at 1 p.m. Wednesday (Aug. 30). Faculty, staff, students and other members of the University community who did not receive an email or text message during the test are asked to visit alert.wvu.edu to add or update contact information.
Passport application and passport photo services are available to the WVU community and general public. The facility is located on the ground floor of Purinton House on the Downtown Campus.
If you engaged in an outside consulting arrangement — as defined in BOG Governance Rule 1.4 — and have not yet completed your annual disclosure form, be sure to submit your completed form by the deadline of the end of day today (Aug. 31). Completed forms should be submitted to your dean, vice president or their designee.
