Passport application and passport photo services are available to the WVU community and general public. The facility is located on the ground floor of Purinton House on the Downtown Campus.
Normal business hours are from 8:30 am. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Evening appointments are available from 4-7 p.m. on Sept. 13, Oct. 11, Nov. 8 and Dec 13.
New weekend hours are available from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sept. 30, Oct. 28, Nov. 25 and Dec. 30.
Note: Due to the high volume, passport processing times are longer than normal so account for this when scheduling your appointment and travel.
