HSC Art Exhibit  

“The Need for Interprofessional Education is Chronic: An Asynchronous Telemedicine Simulation” exhibit includes the winning work by Angela Goodhart and Jennifer Momen, outlining a virtual longitudinal interprofessional chronic care management simulation between pharmacy students and physician assistant students

Biosafety and Biosecurity Month  

Throughout the month, the Biosafety Office will share information with the research community on biological culture and sample storage in labs, and challenge all labs to review its inventory of cold storage equipment for unneeded, unwanted, orphaned and abandoned or old/expired biohazards.

Football Game  

Two-touchdown underdog WVU blocked a pair of fourth quarter field goals to hold on for a come-from-behind 24-21 victory over TCU Saturday (Sept. 30), ending the Horned Frogs' 10-game regular season Big 12 winning streak in the process.

Men's Soccer Team  

Having depended on its defense for most of the season, the No. 4 men's soccer team relied on its offensive firepower against Georgia State, defeating the Panthers, 4-3.

Rifle team shooter  

Fifth-year student Mary Tucker claimed first place during the women's air rifle final as senior Matt Sanchez took fifth and junior Gavin Barnick took eighth in the men's smallbore final during part one of the 2024 Olympic Trials in Fort Moore, Georgia. Eight members of the rifle team are competing.
