Jim Bittner, emergency management coordinator, brings more than 30 years of experience in emergency services to the University, including 17 years in emergency management at the county level. Born and raised in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, he has always had a deep commitment to community service, a value instilled in him by his father who was a volunteer firefighter.
