Gov. Jim Justice issued a proclamation Thursday (Dec. 21) declaring a state holiday on Friday, Dec. 29. The proclamation will be available on the Governor’s website Tuesday, Dec. 26. The University has modified its holiday calendar and will observe this state holiday on Friday, Dec. 29.
