For the first time in program history, the baseball team has advanced to the NCAA Super Regionals after defeating Grand Canyon, 10-6, Sunday (June 2) in the Tucson Regional Final at Hi Corbett Field in Tucson, Arizona.

Highlighting the home schedule this year, the Aug. 31 WVU-Penn State season opening game has been selected by FOX as its BIG NOON SATURDAY game. The BIG NOON KICKOFF pregame show is also coming to Morgantown. Additionally, game times are set for 6 p.m. Sept. 7 for the Albany game in Morgantown and 3:30 p.m. Sept. 14 for the 107th Backyard Brawl against Pitt in Pittsburgh.
Former University golfers Etienne Papineau and Max Sear are part of the PGA Tour event at the RBC Canadian Open which continues through Sunday (June 2) in Hamilton, Ontario.
Tickets for home and away football games, as well as single-game parking, are on sale for select 2024 Mountaineer Athletic Club members and football season ticket holders. Orders will be taken online only and no printed forms will be mailed. The priority deadline is June 21.
