The “Fall Concert: Veterans Day” promises to be a delightful program that weaves together history, romance and patriotism in celebration of those who have devoted their lives to their country. The free concert will begin at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 11, at the Canady Creative Arts Center.

Families will have the opportunity to meet the teaching horses dressed in Halloween costumes from 2-4 p.m. Saturday (Oct. 28) at the J.W. Ruby Research, Education and Outreach Center in Reedsville. Children can trick-or-treat and prizes will be awarded for the most original, scariest and funniest family costumes.
