Community Music Program  

The Community Music Program is open to everyone — including beginners, amateurs and performers of all ages and levels — who wishes to enhance their daily lives with arts, explore new creative territories or perform with others who share the same passion.

Nearly 20 WVU students took to YouTube to debate whether the Mountaineer or Mothman should be the official University mascot. Judges chose the best overall video, as well as the funniest, most creative and honorable mention.

Co-founded in 2021 by Ashton Marra, assistant professor in the Reed College, this collaboration of addiction experts, journalists and educators strives to decrease stigma and improve the way journalists cover addiction and recovery.

Robotics  

Students in the Benjamin M. Statler College of Engineering and Mineral Resources will now have a chance to pursue a degree in one of the top 10 fastest growing professions globally — robotics.

Graduation Commencement  

The College of Applied Human Sciences features several students who have navigated unique paths balancing work, family and personal pursuits that exemplify diverse and inspiring journeys.
