Community invited to enjoy expanded July 4 festivities

The City of Morgantown will commemorate the 250th anniversary of our nation with a full day of festivities beginning at 11 a.m. Saturday (July 4). 

Events will kick off at the historic Easton Roller Mill, which will reopen its doors from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Guests are invited to explore the Mill’s rich history, enjoy live entertainment, and participate in engaging demonstrations suitable for all ages.

The Fourth of July Parade will step off at 4 p.m. on High Street.

Evening festivities will begin at 7 p.m. at the Ruby Amphitheater. The celebration will feature live music from The Jukebox Band, a variety of food trucks, free face painting and inflatable fun zone for kids, and a fireworks display.
