The WVU Talent and Culture team is aware of an issue within the Blue system that is preventing employees from viewing their performance reviews after meeting with their supervisors.
To fix this issue, performance reviews for classified and non-classified staff will automatically become available to all employees in the Blue system on May 22.
Supervisors should ensure they conduct all performance review meetings with their direct reports by the end of the day on May 21. Reviews will be released to all employees May 22, regardless of the status of their performance review one-on-one meeting.
Employees will be able to review, comment on, and sign their evaluations from May 21 through June 7.
The performance review project will officially close June 7.
After June 7, employees will still be able to view their completed reviews. However, the project will be locked, and no additional comments or signatures can be submitted after that date.
