Zoom will update its web application layout on or around May 16 to more closely match the desktop version.
Web versions of both WVU Zoom environments — WVU Zoom and MDTV Zoom — and Zoom Contact Center will be affected by the change.
No change in functionality is expected, but the redesigned web interface will make it easier to find key features, manage settings and maintain a consistent experience between the web app and desktop app. Expect a cleaner design, improved navigation and a refreshed menu.

For a short time after the update, you may briefly see Zoom’s standard login page instead of the University-branded log-in pages featuring images of the Morgantown Campus.
