Cisco Phone service, including Jabber, will be discontinued in July

The two-year project to move from outdated Cisco hardware to Zoom Phone is in its final months. The University’s Cisco Phone service will be disconnected in July.

If you are in a unit outside the Health Sciences area of campus, which is still migrating, and you are still using a Cisco desk phone or Jabber, ITS needs to know as soon as possible so you do not lose phone service when Cisco is discontinued this summer.

If you are still using Jabber or a Cisco Phone, submit an ITS ticket for assistance. A WVU login is required.
