The event will feature a rich lineup of performances and interactive cultural exhibits from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday (April 19) at the Morgantown Market Place, 400 Spruce Street.
Now in its ninth year, the festival provides international students with a meaningful platform to share their heritage with local residents, bridging campus and community in a celebration that has grown stronger each year.
Student organizations will host country-themed booths featuring traditional games, handcrafted items and authentic culinary offerings alongside invited local food vendors.
Entertainment will include the following:
Japanese sword dancing.
WVU African Drum Ensemble.
Chinese music and dance.
Latin band SabraSon.
The International Street Festival provides a location to display the vibrant culture of Morgantown and WVU through an afternoon of food, music, dance and community.
The event is free and open to the public.
