Morgantown Utility Board will close the right turning lane of University Avenue at the intersection of Van Voorhis Road in the direction of Star City from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.
All lanes will be open outside of those hours.
The center lane will be permitted to turn right onto Van Voorhis Road.
The lane closure is necessary while MUB crews replace a failing 15" storm line with an 18" storm line. Works should be completed Friday, Oct. 24.
