Shared Services Center Customer Group Meeting set for this week

As part of our continuing efforts to improve customer service for the faculty and staff that we serve, the WVU Shared Services Center invites members of the WVU community to its Customers’ Group Meeting.  

Members of the WVU Foundation will review the Foundation Services Platform, system access, invoice payments and reporting at noon Wednesday (Oct. 23) on Zoom.

The meeting provides an opportunity for the Shared Services team to share updates on key initiatives and hear directly from our current and future customers.

There is an established agenda for each meeting; however, we will always allow time for your feedback on what we are doing well and opportunities for improvement.
