The WVU Talent and Culture Leadership and Organizational Development team invites employees to enroll in the Microlearning Monday series “4 Self-Care Practices You Can Do Today to Prevent Burnout” this month to help discover strategies to enhance overall well-being. 

Prioritizing well-being creates a healthier, happier and more productive workforce that is more engaged and motivated, leading to increased job satisfaction, reduced turnover and improved overall organizational outcomes.
