The opening reception will be held during the October Arts Walk from 6-9 p.m. Friday (Oct. 13) at the gallery at Andrew White Guitars, 198 Foundry Street.
Organized by alumna Molly Davis and Jenny Marsat, a painting and ceramics major, the group exhibition brings together student artists, alumni, faculty and local community members.
Artists inspire each other, and their creations often blend and transform ideas to shape a vibrant art scene that resonates to a roar. It is similar to echoes bouncing off mountains, being transformed in the process and filling the valleys.
“Echoes in the Mountains” reflects the connections between artists and their communities.
