WVU student editors have published Mountaineer Undergraduate Research Review, Volume 8, the undergraduate research journal concluding the 2022-23 academic year.
With support from the Office of Undergraduate Research and the Honors EXCEL Program, this year marks the fourth volume of MURR since its relaunch after a six-year hiatus.
MURR has elevated the academic success of students and editors, and they are among the WVU Outstanding Seniors and Order of Augusta, National Science Foundation's Graduate Research Fellows, a Newman Civic Fellow and more.
Teagan Kuzniar, a graduating senior in environmental microbiology, serves as the journal’s editor-in-chief. She is also a Goldwater Scholar, Udall Scholar and a student in the Honors EXCEL Program.
Kevin Walden, program coordinator for the Office of Undergraduate Research, serves as the staff advisor.
