If you are planning to get a new phone soon, be ready to set up Duo two-factor authentication again by printing and securely storing 10 backup codes.
Select the “Manage Account” button at login.wvu.edu, then the Duo Two-Factor tab and the “Get Codes” button.
These codes are handy if you break, lose, run down the battery or replace the phone you used to set up your Duo Mobile account. Even if you keep your old phone number, you will need a one-time bypass code to log in and remove your old device and add a new one.
