The West Virginia State Bar Association’s MoreThanALawyer campaign has recognized Kylie Barnhart, associate general counsel, for her tireless work and dedication to the children she encounters through the West Virginia Court-Appointed Special Advocates Association.
The campaign highlights lawyers in the state who have a positive effect on others and are making a difference in their communities.
Barnhart cited that taking her CASA child home to spend the Christmas holiday with her family as one her most rewarding volunteer experiences.
The Wadestown native and WVU alumna has served as a Monongalia County CASA child advocate since 2017 and currently serves as the president of the board of directors for Harrison County CASA.
