The inaugural Week of Purpose kicks off Sunday (Sept. 18) and continues through Saturday, Sept. 24. A variety of purpose-driven activities are planned throughout the week for the entire campus community, from faculty and staff to students.
Among the 60+ activities planned, some require pre-registration. Information on how to preregister for activities is listed within the event descriptions on cal.wvu.edu.
A few of these events include:
- Strengths 101 workshops
- Exclusive speaker events, such as Princess Sarah Culberson
- A Center for Black Culture and Research panel event
- Yoga classes led by BlissBlissBliss instructors
- Aerial night adventures with Adventure WV
- And more.
The week will conclude with Try it! A Purpose Celebration featuring eight different food vendors, apple cider sampling with the Davis College, the mobile Creation Station with the LaunchLab and WVU therapy dogs.
