This award is given out by the committee to a person or group that represents the University's commitment to animal welfare and the ethical use of animals in research and teaching.
This year the committee is pleased to consider the following finalists:

Joshua Parenti, Research Assistant, Laboratory Manager, Department of Orthopaedics
Richard E. VanNorman, Senior Program Coordinator, Office of Laboratory Animal Resources
Desheng Wang, Research Associate, Department of Neuroscience
